Sociable Tech Ventures Private Limited is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users on our mobile application, Rematch. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child abuse, exploitation, or harm.
1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We strictly prohibit the upload, sharing, transmission, or depiction of any content related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This zero-tolerance policy applies to all profile details, text messages, chat images, and user-generated content within the Rematch app.
2. Reporting and Feedback Mechanisms
If you encounter any profile or content that violates our Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately:
- In-App Report: Tap the “Report” button on the user’s profile and select the appropriate reason.
- Email Support: Contact our designated Child Safety Team at hello@rematch.in with details of the violation.
3. Moderation and Enforcement
Any account found uploading, hosting, or distributing CSAM/CSAE will be permanently banned immediately, and all associated data will be deleted. We employ automated moderation tools alongside manual reviews of reported profiles to ensure compliance.
